REDWOOD CITY, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ: EA) will host a conference call on July
19, 2016 to discuss changes to the way in which it externally reports
its financial performance in response to the SEC’s Compliance and
Disclosure Interpretations regarding use of non-GAAP financial measures
that were released on May 17, 2016.
EA will not be discussing any business results on the call. The
interpretations apply to all U.S. public companies that report non-GAAP
measures, particularly those that make adjustments for revenue
recognition, such as many of EA’s video game peers.
